CPRAS are currently developing a Printing Products and Services Framework to enable Public Sector organisations across the UK to procure improved products and services with leveraged rates.
The Framework is being produced and managed on behalf of Warwick District Council, and will be available to all Public Bodies, including Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Schools, Colleges and Universities, NHS Bodies, National Institutions (e.g. Museums, Libraries and Public Parks) and Charities. For the full list of who can access our Frameworks, please click here.
The Framework will be hosted on the CPRAS Procurement Platform and accessible free of charge and with no usage obligations.
All suppliers will be vetted by our award-winning due diligence service, and the Framework will offer advanced KPI reporting features and our unique granular weighting system, ensuring optimised results for all users.
Current Proposed Lots:
From our initial research and market engagement, we are planning to initiate the Framework with the following Lots. However, we would love to hear from Public Bodies or suppliers with suggestions for additional services at this stage.

Next steps:
We are actively seeking engagement from other Public Sector organisations across the UK to help shape the specification and social value requirements to ensure the Framework meets the broadest range of needs.
We are also engaging potential suppliers across the UK for all the proposed Lots, and additional Printing Services not currently represented.
Public Bodies can register their interest now to participate in the development of the PIN and ITT, or to be notified when the Framework is live.
