CPRAS are currently developing a Building Refurbishments Framework to help Public Bodies across the UK access improved services at leveraged rates.
The Framework will be available to all Public Bodies, including Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Schools, Colleges and Universities, NHS Bodies, National Institutions (e.g. Museums, Libraries and Public Parks) and Charities. The Framework will be hosted on the CPRAS Procurement Platform and accessible free of charge and with no usage obligations.
We are actively seeking engagement from Public Sector organisations across the UK to help shape the specification and social value requirements to ensure the Framework meets the broadest range of needs.
We are also engaging potential suppliers across the UK for all the proposed Lots (listed below), and additional services not currently represented.
All suppliers will be vetted by our award-winning due diligence service, and the Framework will offer advanced KPI reporting features.
Public Bodies can register their interest now to participate in the development of the PIN, or to be notified when the Framework is live.
From our initial research, we are planning to initiate the Framework with the following Lots. However, we would love to hear from Public Sector organisations and potential suppliers with suggestions for additional services.
